Shipping Information

The delivery of your goods and the associated costs are an unfortunate and unescapable evil.  However, we will always endeavor to keep our costs as low as possible without compromising the safe passage of your items.

Mainland UK Delivery - Furniture and Larger Items

Please make contact for a quote. The cost of shipping will be £10 - £60 depending on location. Larger items such as furniture will be delivered via van based couriers, or our own transport and we will do our very best to dispatch within 7 days.  Just occasionally logistics may dictate a delivery run carrying over to the next working week.  Express deliveries are always available but may require an additional charge. If the item to be delivered requires two people to carry it and there is no one to aid at the delivery address we may require extra payment to cover a second delivery person. Payment for delivery is on delivery and is not included in the price on the website.

International delivery

Our same rigorous packaging and delivery standards apply but please contact us for a quote.

Smaller items including Glass and Ceramics

Smaller items will be despatched via signed for courier, Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Items will be double boxed where needed and thoroughly protected to minimise the risk of damage in transit.  There is a minim charge of £10.00 for smaller objects.

Collection in Person

We would be more than happy for you to collect your items in person or with your own courier from our shop in Beccles, Suffolk, NR34 9NT.  Should you choose your own courier then we except no responsibility for loss or damage.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Accidents Do Happen

Should your items suffer any damage in transit then please photograph the outside of the box and the contents showing any damage.  Once we have received the evidence via email we will advise as to the next course of action.  Rest assured, the worst case scenario is a full refund, it’s the law!

Lost in Transit

All items are insured for loss and damage. However, we cannot insure glass and ceramics for the damage element.  This does not effect our full refund policy on broken glass and ceramics.
